The Burj Rafal

The 62-storey Burj Rafal tower is located in the in the heart of Riyadh and houses the first Kempinski hotel in Saudi Arabia. The tower is the tallest in the Saudi capital includes 260 luxury apartments, a 297-room hotel, 6,000 sq2 of retail and a 2,000 sq2 ballroom. The site comprises of a total of 96,575 m2 of residential, hospitality, retail and offices.
The 308m tower is the tallest residential building in Riyadh, offering 360-degree views of the surrounding area including the nearby King Abdullah Financial District. A 350-room Kempinski hotel occupies the first 23 storeys along with a six-level podium with 24 meeting rooms, a banqueting hall for up to 2,000 guests, a substantial spa. Above the hotel floors are 440 apartments including eight penthouses.
