Emirates Palace consists of 394 rooms, including 92 suits and 22 residential suites. The construction costs were around 3 billion USD making it the third most expensive hotel ever built. Facilities include 2 spa facilities, over 40 meeting rooms, a 1.3 km long beach, a marina, 2 helicopter landing pads, a ballroom that accommodates up to 2,500 people, various luxury shops and international restaurants.
It is Situated on 1.3 km of private beach and surrounded by 85 hectares of gardens and lawns, with 114 domes that are 80 meters high. The hotel was built by and is owned by the Abu Dhabi government, and managed by the Kempinski Group.
